Cancellation Policy

For flights, cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy of the airlines.

For others, cancellation made less than 30 days prior to clients’ arrival day will result in the forfeit of the deposit; cancellation made less than 21 days will incur a penalty of 50% of full payment; cancellation made less than 10 days will incur 100% of full payment.

Our company’s cancellation policy are strictly enforced. Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage to cover any cancellation expense due to any unforeseen circumstances
